Manchester United is gearing up for a potential overhaul of their squad, with recent reports indicating their willingness to entertain offers for nearly all members of their first-team squad, including the struggling winger Marcus Rashford.

Rashford, currently 27 years old, has been experiencing a downturn in form and confidence, a far cry from his prolific goal-scoring performances in the previous season. Disappointed with Rashford’s inconsistent displays, United, bolstered by Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s recent investment, is considering parting ways with the academy product.

Despite the lack of substantial interest in the English forward, as per a recent report from Footballwave, Manchester United has already compiled a shortlist of three potential replacements, with AC Milan’s Rafael Leao being among them.

Although Leao signed a new contract last summer, the 24-year-old Portuguese winger could be on the move from San Siro in the coming months. Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly monitoring his situation, especially with Kylian Mbappe’s departure already confirmed.

Since his arrival at AC Milan in 2019, Leao has amassed an impressive record, tallying 56 goals and 49 assists in 206 appearances across all competitions, with four years remaining on his current contract.
